Details
This set gives it some. You get a non-slip stainless steel bowl and our silicone splash guard, sized to fit each other exactly, so there's no measuring, no guessing, and no chance the guard sits wrong on a bowl you already own.
The guard is one piece of food-grade, BPA-free silicone. Flex it, seat it inside the rim, press the edge down. The raised wall catches food and water on the way out and returns it to the bowl. It works the same for dry food, wet food and water, and it comes out in one motion for cleaning. Both pieces are top-rack dishwasher safe.
Nothing to train, nothing to transition, nothing to replace.

Why this exists
MessMate is named for Spud, the rescue dog we adopted at nine, who ate like a tornado and was worth every mop. A portion of every sale goes to rescue organizations helping dogs who are still waiting.
Why pet parents switch to MessMate
Food-grade, BPA-free silicone
Soft and flexible, so the guard seats firmly and lifts out in one motion.
Top-rack dishwasher safe
Guard, bowl and mat all go in the dishwasher. Nothing to replace.
Sized to fit, honestly
Built for round bowls 7–9″ across: medium to XL dogs and large cats.
Named for a rescue dog
Part of every sale helps rescue groups caring for dogs still waiting.
