Your order is on its way sooner than you think. Here is how to see exactly where it is.
See your order
Sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout. There is no password to remember: we email you a one-time sign-in link, and your orders, their status and tracking are waiting inside.
What to expect
- Order placed. You get a confirmation email straight away.
- Packed and shipped. Within 1–2 business days. A second email arrives with your tracking details as soon as the order leaves us.
- On its way. Standard U.S. shipping is free and usually arrives 3–5 business days after it ships.
If something looks wrong
I can't find my confirmation email. Check your spam or promotions folder first, then try signing in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
My tracking hasn't moved. It can take a day for a carrier's first scan to show. If it has been more than two business days, send us a message with your order number.
I need to change or cancel. We can do that within 12 hours of ordering. After that your order may already be packed. Contact us as soon as you can.
