Shipping
When your order ships
We pack and ship orders from our Florida warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). As soon as your parcel leaves us, we email you the tracking number.
U.S. delivery
Standard shipping within the United States is free. Most orders arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates and can stretch during holidays, bad weather or carrier disruptions.
Outside the U.S.
Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping options and costs available for your country. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the customer’s responsibility. If your country isn’t listed, get in touch.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can usually fix it before the order ships, but not once it’s with the carrier.
Changes & cancellations
You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After that it may already be packed or on its way. Send us your order number through the contact page or by email.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery when they are:
- unused,
- clean and in their original condition, and
- in their original packaging.
For hygiene and pet-safety reasons we can’t accept items that have been used. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll send instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, the cost of return shipping is yours and original shipping charges aren’t refundable.
Not sure about fit? Most returns we see are guards bought for bowls outside the 7–9 inch range. Check the fit guide before you order, or choose a set: the bowl comes matched.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contactmessmate@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Once we’ve had a look, we’ll send a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
When your return arrives and has been checked, we refund it to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
